Our congregation is made up of families of all ages who share together in a unique blend of Christian Service. “Stoop down and reach out to those who are oppressed. Share their burdens, and so complete Christ’s law”.
Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all, starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.” Galatians 6:2,10 (The Message) Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church is a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond ourselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here you will find a warm welcome and ample opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus and His Church. I am very pleased to be able to pastor such a great group of Christian families, and we welcome you to join us.
The purpose of the Children’s Ministries Department is to nurture children into a loving, serving relationship with Jesus. We seek to fulfill our purpose by developing the following:
To show the world in action, like Christ, who goes about doing good, caring for the sick and needy, not only for those in the church, but for all who need a helping hand.
To assist parents in helping students reach their highest potential, to become life-long learners, & to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Believing that the church has a major role in the lifelong learning of all our members, our ministry is designed to affirm, assist, & encourage academic excellence through all levels of schooling & beyond. We aim to provide a supportive environment in which everyone is affirmed, & all achievements are celebrated.
To support, encourage and grow God fearing men that will live out the character of Christ Jesus in their homes, church, and community and to be the Godly examples of men to males of all ages needs in the challenging times in which we are living.
To equip the church to become a House of Prayer for all people. “For my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” Isaiah 56:7b. To create a culture of prayer warriors endeavoring to humble themselves, pray, seek God’s face, and turn from their wicked ways; trusting that God will hear, forgive, and heal.
To disseminate the principles of religious liberty throughout the world. To ensure that everyone is able to worship freely and safely where they choose.
